My Listing Guarantee
Why is it that every industry offer what is called risk reversal, or what is better known as a guarantee?
Every industry except real estate that is.
The traditional way it has been done in real estate is take a six month binding listing with no way out and hope it sells.
I think we are now in an age where consumers are too smart for that. That's why I take the risk off of you when you list your home with me.
I actually offer a triple guarantee here is how it works:
1. I will only take your listing for 120 days. I can do this when other agents insist on 180 days, because I am very confident in my ability to sell your home in less than 99 days, the same way I have sold hundreds of homes.
2. I offer you what I call an "easy exit" agreement. What that means is if you are not satisfied with my services or your life changes and you decide not to sell your house I will withdraw it from the market with no further obligation on your part.
3. And finally if this is not putting my money where my mouth is I don't know what is. I will aggressively market your home, and if I don't get you a negotiated purchase agreement in 99 days or less I will deduct $1000 from my commission at the successful closing of your sale.
